"Pilgrims resting on their route to Mecca. Halt of a Caravanserai at a Serai" engraved by W.H.Mote after a picture by Thomas Allom, published in Constantinople and the Scenery of The Seven Churches ..., about 1838. Steel engraved antique print with recent hand colouring. Small stain in the margins, otherwise good condition. Size 12.5 x 20.5 cms including title, plus margins. Ref H8251
